I believe that all art—and certainly music—is a portal to the world of the spirit. This does not mean that music is an exclusive property of religion or the church, even though it has a proper place there. Rather, it means that music can communicate to its makers and its listeners an experience imbued with the invisible forces of life itself. I always want my music to move its performers and listeners in this way.

My compositions are published by MorningStar Music, Augsburg Fortress, Trinitas Press, CanticaNOVA, Church Publishing, Inc., and St. James Music Press. Please review this website to learn more about what I have written for choir, including works both a cappella and accompanied by piano, organ, and other instruments.
